BOOKING POLICY

I ask a deposit for any appointment where we will be tattooing.
Your deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo.
If your project is spread over multiple sessions your deposit will be subtracted from the last session.

Your deposit needs to be made within 3 days of agreeing on a date.

A date is only made secure when the deposit has been made.

Deposits are non-refundable.

YOU LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT in case of:

  • Last minute rescheduling.
    When your appointment is less than a week (7 days) away.

  • Cancelling the appointment without making a new one.

  • When you need to reschedule for a second time.

  • When you arrive late by 30 minutes or more. Depending on the circumstances it’s possible your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Please always give me a head’s up if you’ll be late.

  • Your skin is not in the condition to be worked on. (Your skin needs to be clear and free of sunburn, bruising, peeling, unhealed wounds or scars younger than 2 years, eczema or other skin conditions.) If any of these apply we can either reschedule (with a new deposit) or change the placement to a part of the body where the skin is ready to be worked on the day of the appointment.

In these cases your deposit is void regardless of the reason that you need to cancel/reschedule. This also includes illness.

No show policy

Not showing up to your appointment without a head’s up will land you a spot on the blacklist.

Being late by an hour or more without a head’s up will count as a no-call no-show.

Touch-ups

If you need a touch-up after your tattoo is healed this is free within 3 months of the date of your original placement.

To book a touch-up, please send me an e-mail after 1 month with a clear picture of your tattoo. (Letting me know when you are free is also helpful to get you booked in easily.)

Failing to perform proper aftercare, causing the tattoo tattoo to be reworked entirely does not fall under the category of a touch-up.

Changes to the design of the tattoo after the original placement do not fall under the category of touch-ups.

In these cases a cover fee for materials and time may be asked.

Pricing

The starting price for a tattoo is €100.
I’m happy to give you a price estimate for your projects. Please be aware that this is only an estimate and subject to change. The clearer you are on the tattoo you’re looking to receive, the more accurately I can estimate what the end price will be.

Getting tattooed can be a vulnerable experience that requires lots of trust. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable during the session. Please let me know if you need to have a private space to be tattooed.

To create a serene environment where me and my colleagues can concentrate while performing permanent body art, we ask that you do not take children with you into the shop when getting tattooed. Children are of course welcome in the coffee bar, accompanied by an adult.

The studio aims to be a safe(r) space for everyone. This means that hostile or toxic behaviour of any kind is not tolerated. (This includes but is not limited to: sexism, homophobia, objectifying language, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism,…)

If you do something to make me, my colleagues or other clients currently in de studio uncomfortable you will be warned verbally. If the behaviour doesn’t stop I will terminate the tattoo session and you will no longer be welcome to return.

I do not tattoo people who are underage (please bring identification, I may ask to see it), intoxicated, pregnant or sick. If you are sick you will need to reschedule your appointment. Please don’t turn up sick to the studio.
